HMS will connect you with a Project Manager to walk you through the each Phase and ensure you understand the process.
We will work with you on your time frame of choice, per Phase (Verification, Grace Period, etc.).
When employees do not respond to our initial communications, we will provide reminder email, automated outbound phone calls and business reply envelopes at no additional fee.
Your experienced Project Manager will offer suggestions on the best way to reach employees through each Letter. You may have access to sample letters, but you are given broad customization of each Letter (Amnesty, Verification and Final Notice).
Our highly trained Customer Service team is available to your employees on the date and time of your choosing via a toll free number specific to your company. Additionally, our automated IVR phone system will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for employees to check the status of their submitted document(s).
Your Human Resources and Benefits Leaders will be directly informed of our process via Webinars. Questions will be answered and your team will have a great starting point for the audit.
Weekly planning meetings with your Project Manager will ensure the process is on track and provide open communication on any updates.
Your organization will have a Custom Format specific website for your employees to logon and learn more about the Audit as well as download documents, check their status and more.
As a Plan Sponsor, you will have access to an internal portal (unlimited users) to view Real Time Statistics, Issue Resolution System, Participant Status Check and Real-Time weekly customized status reports provided by your Project Manager. In addition, you will receive an Appeals Report along with an Ad Hoc Report throughout your project.
Should you choose, we are able to collect Social Security Numbers to comply with MSP provisions and gather Appeals Processing at no additional fee. Additionally, we will collect other insurance information for Coordination of Benefits.
